I have bought a BV5900 in December, 2019. The phone is working fine except for a problem with the screen.
About the screen I can not seem to be able to find out at least what the issue is. It goes like this: after long periods of time with the screen not active, it starts flickering. The touchscreen works the same, the phone still rings, I can still operate it, but its really hard to see what I am going while the screen is like this. The screen does that up until it stops for no reason. Tried to enter in the bios to see if its not from the OP, but its flickering while displaying the bios settings as well, leading me to believe that this is a hardware issue.
I did drop it on the ground a few times, but never higher than the level of my hands. I have never dropped it water. It was never exposed to extreme temperatures (high or low).
I also have to mention that this issue appeared since the beginning but since it only required me to turn off and then turn back on the screen display (NOT the phone itself), I have ignored it up until April when it started to last long, and be an every day thing. Every morning I had this issue and it disappeared later in the day.
The last week I have used a screen saver in order to keep the screen open during the night while I sleep and this seems to help, a bit.
I have tried to speak to someone from IHunt, but no one answered my phone or emails.
If you could offer some assistance in regards to this issue it would be much appreciated.
